R3Results training is based on practicing things that will really change the quality of daily life and make each employee feel and be more successful.
Recognizing that there are and always will be daily challenges and negative things is a good starting point. It orients everyone together. It is a relief to know we are not in it alone. Suggesting that despite the onslaught of challenges there are ways to stay refreshed, to complete the cycle, to rebound to the top, is something that will get everyone’s attention. It is not just positive thinking, since that in the absence of actual new skills and techniques, will wear out quickly. It is more about accepting the challenge, getting the skills, and having the positive experiences. The process starts with a change of definitions so that we are not set-up to fail by our own expectations.
