You are not left on your own. You always have access to us.
In follow-up you repeat the basics and develop more refined advancements. You train new people. This keeps it alive.
Many training programs fall down because there is no follow-up. In our training it is the mission and the passion of the internal champion, and it is our mission and yours. We are all committed in this. Because we are building confidence, wellness, social skills, security…these are things the trainees want to revisit and strengthen. We started with a benchmark and a goal. Feedback and support means we stay in it with you.
Mastery
Mastering a skill feels good. Participating in active learning is lively. As you discover rewards in your life for good practice, you want to teach it to others. You return to the basics but you also try out improvements you have found. You share your love of the skill with others.
Feedback, Support and Follow-Up
Mastery. Mastering a skill takes time but you can gain a quick-start with great teachers and the right system. If it is a skill or art worth practicing, you will wish to master it, and that is where feedback and support come in. Most of what we are training is based on working with others.
We’ve rewritten the rules. When you consider some of our topics like defusing violence and arguments, preventing sickness, cutting down on workers comp and public liability incidents you may pause and ask, “How are you going to get people really enthused about that?” Natural question based on your past experience.
The answer is that behind every worthwhile subject on the surface text level there is a subtext of learning which is really sought-after. So in something like preventing workers comp you are learning leadership and also a sharp ability to see things with laser-like clarity or an eagle eye. There is a feeling of sharp mental alacrity, which is a rewarding feeling. So we are not lecturing people to buckle up or to wear safety glasses or whatever they already know. We are going to the core level of what would make this motivation come from within.
Follow-Up Keeps Moving Forwards. We started out measuring the starting point. We worked through people becoming the change. We gave one another permission to build a better culture that works better for them and us. We tracked the objective and subjective attainment of our goals. Eventually every employee and manager becomes in essence the internal champion. Controlling losses and reducing them, reducing stresses and negatives, we uncovered creativity and teamwork that always wanted to be there.
When requested we offer our trainers to train in-person to groups. We also offer optional certification.
