Our insider advantage comes from our training a "go-to" person in your company who then trains others.
The internal champion is already a “go-to” person. Their pride in being trained to train others, results in contagious enthusiasm.
In every organization there are certain people who are at the center of things. They may be in a manager role or they may any other employee. They connect people, and are trusted by others. The opportunity to receive special training in a topic that interests them, and then to lead guided practice sessions with others, is something they prize. We provide them with Facilitator Guides to lead exercises and discussions. In addition, they have full-time access to our experts. The process comes full circle and gets everyone involved. The champion is our ear-to-the ground.
Deputize Internal Champion
“Janey says….Kurt says….” People are drawn to them. Others quote what they say. They tend to be down-to-earth and they have a nice quality of being easy-going. They make others feel comfortable. At the same time, the best internal champions have a clear sense of purpose and direction to achieve something of benefit for everyone.
We are Building a Community. We (that is R3Results and you) can’t control all the problems of the world. But within the company we can build our own, better community. We can redefine rules and ways of doing things. We can give one another permission to do things and act in ways that are functional and optimal, instead of going along with bad habits that drag everyone down. To do this you engage committed experts from the outside — that’s us: R3Results — and we utilize talent from within your company. That’s a winning program, inside and out. Eventually everyone in the company is brought up to the level of their best performance and experience and newly discovered expression, contribution and work.
Dedicated to Follow-Up. Everyone sees the advance publicity. Everyone takes part in the online movie-quality e-learning of original ideas. Provided with training exercises keyed to the videos, everyone now does actual practice with partners, guided by the internal champion. (If required one of our trainers may lead the session or provide a master class.) Real progress has been made, unlike more passive prior training. Now the real success is underway. We can’t let several shy, reticent trainees slip by, barely passing the grade. We need everyone on board, even if it takes transformation! The internal champion will follow-up, and retest and make sure it is working, and come to us when help is required. We are in this to win, together. The practice takes it from “Ok, I know what to do.” To “Now I know what to do, how to do it and I have the confidence to execute these fundamentals under duress.”
