Provided with training exercises keyed to the videos, everyone now does actual practice with partners, guided by the internal champion. (If required one of our trainers may lead the session or provide a master class.) Real progress has been made, unlike more passive prior training. Now the real success is underway. We can’t let several shy, reticent trainees slip by, barely passing the grade. We need everyone on board, even if it takes transformation! The internal champion will follow-up, and retest and make sure it is working, and come to us when help is required. We are in this to win, together. The practice takes it from “Ok, I know what to do.” To “Now I know what to do, how to do it and I have the confidence to execute these fundamentals under duress.”
