Taking You Behind-the-Scenes
Our process developed over three decades of interacting with thousands of companies and their varying climates. Then we learned first-hand not only the how but the why. How companies, even very successful ones, have areas of recurrent loss and unnecessary risk. Why training and inspections often fail to get to the bottom and just satisfy “going through the motions.” Putting these things together, guided by some great experiences and mentors, we developed the expertise to really get to the core. Our research also included studying brilliant people in psychology and conflict resolution. Concurrently, we have a deep understanding of the latest technologies that can reduce crimes, workers comp incidents and public liability.

Extinguishing or reducing losses is one side of the equation. What emerges from an improved climate can never be exactly predicted in advance. New networks form, creativity is liberated. You might even say it gives genius a space to blossom. Not all genius is Nobel Prize. There’s genius in little things as well, such as improved methods at work or getting perfect pitch for the real notes of customer relations.
